COOP players: Annoyances
Owen
Here at the COOP years we don't believe the most annoying COOP player traits is non communication. So we listed the most annoying traits we could remember, whether they actually say anything or not. This list is a generalisation of certain traits and based on no one in particular at all! We have sensationalised the descriptions to make them a funnier read.
Resource Hogs
These players play like a single player. They have to keep their health and ammo maxed up despite anyone else. If they are comfortable then they will keep back and let another player take them. However, they will always have one eye on the resources.
Bad Losers
It's always frustrating to die and either have to sit the round out or having to start at the beginning. However, these players don't take it gracefully. Every man and his dog are to blame for his misfortune, and he'll let you know about it.
Impatient Losers
While sitting the round out after dying so close to the beginning this gamer will often ask bluntly for the match to be restarted. If this is ignored after a decided period of time has lapsed he will start to text what he's actually thinking. Games with game cams have made this gamer more sedated.
Over talkative
This gamer hates dead air, if there’s something to say he's probably said it. While the rest of the team are trying to get everyone to function on the same plan. This gamer is confusing matters even more by talking through his exact movements. You may think, we'll that's not so bad. However, sometimes we all need time to think.
Uncooperative co-operators
While these gamers may be playing the same game, same team and same objective. As soon as the game starts he's off on his own so quick, other gamers may think that there's something wrong with them. While in FPS it's possible that he will get deeper into the level quicker it is also known that they can accidentally spoil many well crafted team plans.
Competitive Co-operators
Despite playing a coop game, this gamer sees his own objectives. Be it getting a certain gun or vehicle. Anyone who opposes him he becomes in direct competition. This creates an "over my dead body" situation.
Dinners in the oven!
While cooking dinner, this gamer knows he's got about 20-30mins to waste. In today's days of fast net connection he could be in a game in no time. However he hasn't judged his time correctly and jumps into a small intimate game of only 2 players. Half way through the game he soon announced that he's going to have to quit as diners ready, leaving the other player without game closure.
